How do I search for Nursing journals?

When searching for nursing journals, the best place to begin is in the Online Databases.

Go to the library homepage www.epcc.edu/services/libraries

Under "Resources," click on "Online Databases."

Click on "Health and Medicine."

Click on "OVID Nursing"

When the page opens, you will need to login with you MyEPCC login/password to prove you are a student.

Click on "Your Journals@OVID"

When the search page opens you can enter your topic.

If you just want to browse through the different Nursing journals, you can click on the word "Journals" found on the blue line at the top.

This allows you to look through the different nursing and medical journals found on OVID Nursing.

Just click on one of the titles.  It will open to the current issue.  Click on any of the articles to read them.  You can also look at older issues on the left side by clicking on the date  you would like to view.

If you have a more specific question or article needed, you may also contact the Nursing Librarian, G. Kristin Sanchez at gsanc127@epcc.edu or 915-831-4019.
