Can I borrow books from the libraries if I'm not an EPCC student or employee?

Yes you can! You may apply for a free Community Users Card at any campus library and it can be used at all EPCC campus libraries. See the application form for complete information. If you attend UTEP or other Texas college/university, you can apply for a Texshare card at your home library and with it and your college photo ID, you can borrow books from our libraries. You’ll be asked to complete a registration form in order to activate your borrowing privileges. See Texshare Card application link.
